The Ontario Provincial Police has charged three individuals with multiple weapon and drug offenses following a drug trafficking investigation.

Police say that on Thursday, search warrants were executed at three locations in Barrie, Essa Township, and Tay Township. The operation, carried out by the Nottawasaga Community Street Crime Unit with support from several other OPP units, resulted in the seizure of significant items, including 121 grams of cocaine, four imitation handguns, a switchblade knife, and nearly $5,000 in cash.

Three men from Angus and the Barrie area faces several charges, including drug trafficking and possession of prohibited devices.

All three were held for bail and are set to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Barrie.
