Smith announces $12 million in funding for local infrastructure
Parry Sound Muskoka MPP Graydon Smith announced nearly $12 million in Parry Sound and Muskoka to renew critical infrastructure, saying that the support ensures that our municipalities can address their infrastructure needs effectively.
Smith noted that the $12 million allocation represents an increase of over a half million over last year. This funding , part of the Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund, supports small, rural, and northern communities improve roads, bridges, and water systems.
Infrastructure Minister Kinga Surma emphasized that these investments will drive economic growth and create local jobs, helping to build stronger communities for the future.
