Hospice Muskoka, along with 3 other regional hospices are teaming up with Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH) to improve palliative care through the integration of RVH’s electronic medical record system, MEDITECH Expanse. Hospice Muskoka says the initiative will streamline information sharing, improve care coordination, and reduce administrative burdens for clinical teams.

The initiative, supported by a Ministry of Health investment, enhances patient care by ensuring faster decision-making and better privacy.
