Muskoka Lakes Fire Dept. responded to a structure fire last night.   Fire crews from Bala, Foots Bay and Torrance/Walkers Pt. battled the fire on Hesners Lake Road in Bala.

The fire was fully involved when crews arrived. The home was lost, but three outbuildings were protected in the 3-hour fight.

The Fire Dept reports that there were no injuries and no one was displaced.

Damage estimated at $1 million. The investigation is ongoing.
