Huntsville O.P.P. responded to a motor vehicle collision on Domtar Road on Tuesday afternoon, after a pickup truck struck a hydro pole. Police say the driver, assessed by Muskoka EMS at the scene, did not require further medical attention.

Following an investigation, O.P.P. found the driver to be impaired and was arrested.

44 year-old, Gary Czech of Huntsville, faces charges for operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration over the legal limit and for impaired operation.

He is scheduled to appear in Court on December 10^th.
